In addition, around 40 people are based at our central office in Leatherhead, these teams include communications, development, finance, fundraising, HR, and maintenance.
Everyone who works for Transform shares a passion for making a difference and enabling people to live independent and fulfilling lives. We have a supportive management team and a strong culture of teamwork. Our work is guided by our values of respect, empowerment, responsibility, and excellence.
We value the voice of colleagues and have a number of forums where they can influence and shape what we do e.g. an active Staff Forum and a Health & Wellbeing Forum.
On top of a rewarding job we offer an excellent benefits package, high-quality training and there are lots of opportunities for development.
At Transform, we make a real difference to people’s lives. We support homeless and vulnerable people to achieve their goals and live independently.

Usually, we like to start the conversation with a phone or video call. We’ll send you a message or email to set up a time that’s convenient for you. You may have a chat with the recruiting manager to see if you could be a good match for us. They will also tell you more about the role and what we can offer you. If we think you could be right for the role, we will invite you for a first interview.
Your interview is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about Transform and the role you’ve applied for. It is likely that your interview will be face-to-face at our offices. You’ll meet the recruiting manager and potentially other team members or colleagues.
To give you an opportunity to really make your skill set shine, it may include a work-related task to complete. For some roles, including the Housing & Support officer, you don’t necessarily need previous experience and you have gained relevant skills elsewhere so the interview will focus on the skills you have gained elsewhere. Depending on the role, we may also ask you to take a psychometric or ability assessment or attend another interview. Again, we’ll let you know what to expect in advance.
Our goal is to make the process fair, transparent, and engaging, giving you the best opportunity to showcase your skills and experience. We look forward to meeting you!
If you're successful, we’ll give you a call to share the great news! This will be followed by a conditional offer, along with details of the next steps.
We will also send you the necessary documents to complete pre-employment checks.
We’re excited to welcome you to the team, once everything is place we will support you every step of the way as you prepare for your first day!
We want you to have the best possible experience, regardless of the outcome. If we invite you to an interview and you’re not selected, we’ll let you know either verbally or by email. If you’d like specifics about why you haven’t been successful, we’ll try to give you feedback, but we can’t always guarantee this will be possible.
