Our careers

Transform is an innovative charity and housing association that provides life-changing services for local people in need.

We work in partnership with the people we support to transform their lives. The majority of people who work at Transform are based in our frontline teams, working directly with clients in housing. In addition, around 40 people are based at our central office in Leatherhead, these teams include communications, development, finance, fundraising, HR, and maintenance.

Everyone who works for Transform shares a passion for making a difference and enabling people to live independent and fulfilling lives. We have a supportive management team and a strong culture of teamwork. Our work is guided by our values of respect, empowerment, responsibility, and excellence.

We value the voice of colleagues and have a number of forums where they can influence and shape what we do e.g. an active Staff Forum and a Health & Wellbeing Forum.

On top of a rewarding job we offer an excellent benefits package, high-quality training and there are lots of opportunities for development.

We offer more than just a job
